Toronto, Canada – June 25, 2025 – Veridyn Data Systems (“Veridyn” or the “Company”), a provider of integrated Data Center as a Service solutions, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Northern Edge Infrastructure to co-develop a portfolio of high-density data centers across Canada, beginning with a 40MW facility in the Greater Toronto Area.

This collaboration represents Veridyn’s first large-scale deployment under its DCaaS model, uniting builders and tenants under a single lifecycle platform that accelerates delivery and enhances operational readiness. The 40MW site will feature modular scalability, water-optimized cooling, and AI-powered monitoring systems to meet the increasing demand from hyperscale and enterprise tenants.

The facility is expected to break ground in late 2025, with initial tenant capacity available in mid-2027. Veridyn’s role spans design optimization, construction oversight, tenant onboarding, and ongoing operational management. The Company’s ecosystem approach is designed to align developer interests with tenant requirements, ensuring projects are both financially and operationally successful.

This project is the first of several anticipated joint ventures as Veridyn scales its footprint across North America and beyond, targeting regions with accelerating demand for high-performance, low-latency infrastructure.
